Travailleuses et travailleurs du secteur public, vous avez peut-être remarqué ou vous remarquerez peut-être bientôt, sur les autobus de certaines villes, sur des panneaux autoroutiers ou à l’intérieur de vos établissements, notre campagne Allez voter.
Cette campagne a pour objectifs de placer la négociation qui s’amorce dans l’espace public et de vous inciter à participer en grand nombre à vos assemblées générales, qui constituent des exercices démocratiques importants. Ces assemblées, qui se tiendront du 31 juillet au 23 septembre, seront l’occasion de vous exprimer à propos des revendications syndicales qui seront soumises au gouvernement à la fin du mois d’octobre.
Il s’agit d’un premier jalon important de votre négociation.

Ces demandes concernent les conditions de travail et de pratique et permettent d’agir sur des enjeux essentiels tels que la surcharge de travail, la conciliation travail-vie personnelle, la santé psychologique au travail ou d’autres mesures visant à valoriser l’expertise des technien-nes et professionnel-les du secteur de la santé et des services sociaux et du secteur collégial.

Nous avons préparé la présente consultation sur les sujets de négociation propres au réseau de la santé et des services sociaux à partir d’un sondage qui vous a été soumis au courant de l’hiver 2022.
La prochaine ronde de négociation s’articulera autour de cinq grandes orientations : humaniser les soins et les services; valoriser le personnel et rehausser le sentiment d’appartenance; régler les iniquités et les problèmes de justice; prendre soin des travailleuses et des travailleurs et miser sur les services publics et la décentralisation.
Le fruit de notre travail des derniers mois est regroupé dans un projet de 26 propositions rassembleuses, ciblées et solidaires de l’ensemble des travailleuses et des travailleurs du réseau!
