Règlement de certaines plaintes

La Loi sur l’équité salariale a pour objectif de corriger les écarts salariaux générés par la discrimination fondée sur le sexe. Ainsi, les employeurs ont l’obligation de s’assurer que les emplois occupés majoritairement par des femmes sont rémunérés de façon équivalente à un emploi similaire occupé majoritairement par des hommes. C’est en ce sens que la FP-CSN a déposé plusieurs plaintes depuis l’exercice de maintien de l’équité salariale de 2010 et 2015 afin de corriger des iniquités dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux. Le processus pour régler ces iniquités est long. Ça aura pris plus de 10 ans faire avancer ce dossier auprès du gouvernement et il n’est pas complètement arrivé à termes.

Le 29 juillet 2021, un règlement est survenu entre l’organisation syndicale majoritaire et le Conseil du trésor pour les catégories d’emploi suivantes:

• • Orthophoniste et Audiologiste
  • Diététiste-nutritionniste
  • Assistante-chef du service des archives et Archiviste médicale (chef d’équipe)
  • Hygiéniste dentaire et Technicienne en hygiène dentaire
  • Conseillère d’orientation professionnelle

Les catégories d’emploi suivantes ne sont pas incluses dans l’entente :

• • Criminologue
  • Organisateur communautaire
  • Orthoptiste
  • Récréologue
  • Spécialiste en orientation et en mobilité
  • Spécialiste en réadaptation en déficience visuelle
  • Technicien en orthèse-prothèse

Cliquez ici si vous avez déposé une plainte en 2011 ou en 2016 et que vous êtes insatisfaite à l’égard de l’entente. Sachez que vous pouvez maintenir votre plainte et ce, que vous soyez dans unecatégorie d’emploi pour laquelle il n’y a pas de règlement (voir la liste plus bas) ou pour laquelle il y a une entente.

Selon l’interprétation de la loi sur l’équité salariale faite par le Conseil du trésor et la CNESST, une entente entre le syndicat représentant la majorité des salariés d’une catégorie d’emploi, dans le présent cas, l’APTS, dispose des plaintes syndicales déposées par l’ensemble des autres organisations syndicales.
